During the last years, Empresas Coipsa has developed an ample expertise on robotic automation technologies which have been implemented at our customers’ end-of-line production processes with great success.

PALLETS

A unique solution in our national market. It is a cardboard pallet that does not require glue or phytosanitary certifications. Depending on its configuration, it can resist dynamic loads between 600Kg and 1,200 Kg and it is 100% recyclable.

INNERCONECTORS

A product designed to join and stabilize palletized boxes principally for the fruit market export. Suitable for different box sizes and it is 100% recyclable.

TOP PLATES

A product created to give load stability and resistance to the strap pressure. It is 100% recyclable and perfect for products that are not boxed such as wine bottles, plastics, cans and others.

FRUIT TOP PLATES

An innovative design that includes Top Plate and edgeboards in one piece. It protects the upper part of the load and stabilizes fruit boxes for export.

CARDBOARD TUBES

A product made of multiple layers of paper and adhesive used to transport products in roll or coil form to wrap the material around it.

EDGEBOARDS

Item used to protect and strengthen products during transportation. It gives stability and containment to the palletized load. It is characterized for giving high resistance to the pressure of the straps.

BINS

Corrugated cardboard container designed to unify loose cargo bulk. They are characterized by being resistant, foldable and 100% recyclable.

The supply of our raw material is corrugated cardboard and it comes from Corrupac S.A., which is part of the Empresas Coipsa SpA group.

The cardboard pallet development in Chile has been done together with a foreign partner, Lifdek Inc., a company based in the United States.
